Small Steps Makes a Difference

Sir Aquil, its okay....We know how you feel...W're all in same struggle...After all, we move in same profession, and same environment.....This is advise not only for you but for myself too and for everyone..

In going somewhere, SMALL STEPS MAKES A DIFFERENCE....Along the way you may encounter some hurdles, some hindrances... Pause and take those hindrances out of the way, and continue to make small steps...Eventually you will left those hindrances far back, while you with your small steps is far ahead already..Before you know it, even if it takes very long, you would eventually arrive at your goal........

You know, i think we all have same problems.....It happens that most of our colleagues belongs to the bygone era, where computer doesnt exist.....We in Lanao live in a place where people are afraid of change, and people get irritated if we initiate some actions for improvement. They think that we are changing the routine and we have some hidden agendas for all our initiatives (promotion perhaps?).

We have to make them understand that we can't go and stop the time and remain as it is...That there has to be change...Like in Biology, there has to be evolution for organisms to adapt and survive in the changing environment...And being Mentors to children, we have to adapt to the changing environment, and the present environment is all about technology..If we dont initiate action, who would?

We are lucky we get opportunities like this.....We just have to share this opportunity to everyone, because in this way it will spread , thus the benefit would reach to where all this program are intended for.........to the Children......

REGARDS TO SIR ARNOLD,MAAM MARIE, MAAM SAL, MAAM MARIAM, MAAM BARBS, MAAM VENUS, SIR AQUIL...

SIR MEOH, HINDI PO KITA NAKAKALIMUTAN...
