MSU-Balindong Launched Computer Literacy Program

The MSU_Balindong Community College Extension Campus has successfully launched The Computer Literacy Program designed for the faculties and staff last April 30, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. The said training is conducted every 1:00 - 4:00 Monday - Thursday from April 30 - May 4 and May 7 - May 11, 2006 due to the on-going Summer Bound Classes. One of the trainees is our very own principal, Prof. Manis M. Didatar.

Trainees were so excited and experienced some kind of challenge in their life. They were amazed as I began introducing them some features about computers. They even wanted to extend their "hands-on" time upon experiencing the thrill and excitement in applying the little knowledge they have in technology.

For the teachers who have advance knowledge, I have tutored them how to apply and integrate technology in classroom instruction. They were so playful upon knowing some special effects using powerpoint.

As our summer classes starts to end, I am doing my best to apply what I have acquired during our training in Davao.

Thanks to all the people who organized such kind of training, especially to the IBM people, EduQuest, GEM-CLIC, USAID and of course to our beloved mentors...Sir Meoh and Sir Garsh...you've played a very important role in our world of teaching.

More power to you all. Wassalam.

Ms. Marie
