Day 4 Management of Learning

Management of Learning (MOL) is a training activity at the same a strategy that aims to determine how well the participants are able to understand the lessons of the previous day.

For Day 4, Garsh and Meoh assigned the task of creating an MOL to Group 4. The group created a wonderful paper boquet whose petals contain slips of paper with questions regarding the previous day's lesson. The boquet is passed around while singing the chorus of the song, "The More We Get Together". Then the person who has the boquet in his/her hands at the time the song is over gets to answer the question.
